INITIAL IDEAS/ New customer

After I've completed the target market research for my "generation zz" and went into my research I've realised that my customer is not the core of the problem. The lack of communication is caused by their parents.
Generation zz is really interested, but their parents don't tell them anything about their own past, and if only fragments.
In the first two weeks I was supposed to look into our (German) history, the second world war and it's consequences. But I have to change my customer in order to meet my customer but also my aim: to bound both generations, at the same time.
The customer is already quite educated about the past since in History and German Studies it makes up more than half of the school syllabus.
Therefore there is no need to research more in depth within the war and Third Reich, this generation wants to move on and process. They are interested in what happened after the war, post-war art and also science, especially mental disorders and their well-being in general.
No-one is silent about what happened with the country, the war or Hitlers atrocities. People are silent about themselves, what happened to them during and after the war, their own history and legacy. My mum and her generation is running from doctor to doctor.
They are interested in what their parents where suppressing: Processing their own past.
They are spiritual but humble, some went crazy but the majority is sane and always looking for more enlightenment and understanding, really educated and not a hint of ignorance.
They are proud women, stronger that I will ever be. They are incredibly empowering and fascinating, so I'm happy to address my work during this project is to these women.
My target for this week is do analyse the customer in depth, collect as much data, interests and facts as possible to restart my research. For this I need to interview at least 8 women, in different fields, research for useful but sensible questions and create a customer profile. Ideally I will talk to these women in person to get every single detail and also additional material for later research.
